What if I can’t start on Jan. 12th?

Completely fine! all lessons are audio-based and self-paced, and you’ll have three months of access to everything. You can start when it works for you and still get the full benefit of the reset.

What if I can’t finish a full week?

The program is designed for real life, so you can pause and pick back up anytime. Each module stands on its own, and even small changes will move you forward.

Do I need any supplements for this?

No — everything in The Glow-Up is food-first and lifestyle-first, however we will suggest some options should you choose to include them. 

What’s the time commitment each week?

Most women spend about 20–45 minutes total per week: one short audio lesson and simple, 5-minute daily practices. It’s intentionally designed to work with a full schedule.

Will this help if I already “eat healthy”?

100% yes. Most of my clients eat well but aren’t getting the results they expect because key systems (metabolism, gut, liver/lymph) need support. This reset fills in those gaps and helps your body respond again.

What’s the difference between Regular + VIP?
